What’s Missing?…Does this Resonate??
You have a good income…not great but good, a nice place to live, more than enough to eat, a good family life, friends you care about and who care about you. Everything most people would be thrilled with…but YOU ARE NOT HAPPY!
In fact, you are quite unhappy and you don’t know why…you even berate yourself for not being satisfied with your life. After all, you have more than many other people have…but there’s something missing. You can’t quite put your finger on it. You’ve tried many different things…changed jobs, talked to different people, taken classes, and surfed the internet for hours looking for something that would click – something that called to you…“Here I am…This is what you are looking for…This is what’s missing!”
Well, I was completely miserable and this is exactly how I felt. For years I tried so many different things, looking for what was missing, and nothing worked. Other people were successful. What is wrong with me…why can’t I be successful? I became more and more frustrated and unhappy.
Until one day when I was in church, I came to the end of my rope and poured my heart out, “Why am I sooo miserable? I’m grateful for all I have, but something is missing. I just know in my heart there’s something more. Please God, just show me what I’m to do with the rest of my life and I’ll do it.”
Nooo – I’m not going to tell you that God appeared to me in a flash of fire and lightning and made everything OK! In fact, it took several months of having conversations with my Higher Being before I found something that resonated with me. But on that first morning, even though I was still confused, it felt like a huge weight had been lifted…that I wasn’t alone anymore!
What was it that set me on my Right Path? I stumbled across something called Hand Analysis…no, not palmistry, but the scientific, repeatable system called Hand Analysis.
Now, maybe you’ve already heard of this, but it was all new to me! But no matter, it resonated with me – it made sense – it felt right! And I had to learn more.
So I registered for a free newsletter to find out what it was all about (figuring it was some fake hocus pocus.) After all, it seemed way too easy that everything I needed to know were in the lines and markings in my hands, kind of like a map!
After a short time I received a hand analysis reading to find out why I was here…what my Life Purpose is all about and how it can help give me a direction. During the reading I also learned we have a Life Lesson or Life Challenge…some situation that pops up in our life over and over that makes our life difficult…until we learn what it is, how to recognize it and the best way to deal with it every time. Now things were starting to fit into place!
Once I had a taste of Hand Analysis I was excited to learn all I could. So I attended a hand analysis workshop and that’s where…
I found My Tribe! Others who were searching too, Seekers – just like me. Even though we came from different parts of the world, had different jobs and careers…even owned businesses…we all had one big thing in common – we wanted to find the true purpose for our life. If we could just figure out what that was … we would be happy!!
Well, the days spent in that workshop were some of the most satisfying and fulfilling days of my life! We laughed together…we cried together…we shared with each other…and most importantly, we supported each other in the Journey to find our Path.
