Soul Journey Metaphors
Last year when my good friend and amazing, channelling facilitator offered new sessions for past life regressions, I jumped at the chance. You see… I’ve worked with her for several years and regularly scheduled sessions to get her help from her guides and mine. Connecting with my guides is a quick and simple way to get targeted information about my life and business, and have my most pressing questions answered.
Recently, I listened to the recording of this session, and of course, was reminded of where I keep veering off my path and what I must do to stay on course. To be honest, my session wasn’t really about a specific past life as much as it was a metaphor for my soul’s journey during my lifetime.
Her session is very quiet and relaxing as she connects with her source and begins my visualization. It is different for each person, so I can’t speak about anything but my own experience. She saw me on a grassy mountain top. I’m on horseback, and begin going downhill toward a thickly wooded area. Here I must leave my horse and continue on foot along a grassy path. It’s not well marked, and I don’t really know where I’m going. But something is pulling me along, and I feel confident that it’s the right thing to do. Eventually I encounter a WISE BEING… my HIGHER SELF, who explains that my Journey along this path is a Metaphor for what I do with My Life. My HIGHER SELF tells me about all my gifts and how I’m still not using them according to my PURPOSE. My HIGHER SELF explains that I have ALL I need within me RIGHT NOW to live my PURPOSE full out! But I must connect with my Higher Wisdom and listen, instead of looking to others and going outside myself for answers. Just LISTEN, BELIEVE, and ACCEPT my inner guidance, and I will never go wrong…
As I reflected on all heard during this session, I truly “see” how it is a metaphor for how I’ve lived my life.
