Your Home…a Red or Green Zone?
The red light at an intersection is a signal to stop…warning of crossing traffic. The danger is not in the red light, it just signals a danger, describes the situation and advises what to expect and how to act. In the same way a number, wherever it’s found, describes a situation and advises what to expect in advance, allowing one to make knowledgeable decisions.
As I surveyed the chaos in my office today, I was reminded of the energy vibration that my home holds…a 4. Since a home’s address is made up of numbers, the address relays information a house wants us to know about it. The 4 is all about organization, neatness and following the rules. If you are someone who goes against rules and wants to do things your own way, a 4 home could be a difficult place to live.
For instance, growing up I lived in a 7 house, a very quiet place with few uninvited visitors and very conducive to studious undertakings. Later I moved to different places, and each residence held a 5 energy vibration. WOW! What a Big Change! I went from the quiet 7 to the chaotic, eventful 5 house of constant surprises! It seemed no matter what I planned, things went wrong and had to be changed at the last minute…I thought there was something wrong with ME! It would have been SO helpful and reassuring to know these surprise events were not my fault, but all part of the house‘s energy and intention.
I also lived in a 9 home (also my Destiny number) for a short time…a wonderful place where I felt compelled to do things for the betterment of others more than myself. Now I live in a 4 house – requiring systemization, organization and strict adherence to any and all rules (not always my strongest point.)
Now as I look back, I can see how the energy vibration of each house helped in my learning and growth process. The 7 helped to learn about and understand myself better; the 5 highlighted my flexibility in handling last minute surprises and changes; the 9 gave me peace during a chaotic time in my life and while working under a strong influence for my “Destiny”. The 4 energy home is where I have lived the longest - finally learning I’ve been unconsciously (and consciously) fighting against its requirements and the lessons of organization and following the rules this home is trying to teach. Although the 4 is one of my primary personality numbers, I’ve realized its energy in some ways conflicts with my desire for fun, change and new things. Perhaps it’s time to move!
So what energy vibration permeates your home? Is it:
- a 1 to encourage originality, independence, will and determination;
- a 2 to share and cooperate with others, using tact and patience during difficult times;
- the 3 of imagination, creativity, cheerfulness plus truth and loyalty for romance;
- the 4 of courage, practical management, application to duty and courage;
- the 5 of changing conditions, variety, resourcefulness and unexpected events;
- a 6 marked by domestic interests, family traditions, duty & responsibility, warmth & generosity;
- a 7 for quiet repose, self-realization, and reliance on inner power and strength;
- an 8 of business, faith in Self, good judgment, and efficiency in managing affairs; or
- the 9 of compassion, tolerance, charity and the brotherhood of man?
By now you’re probably curious and want to calculate the number for your house. Just add each digit in your address until you end up with a single number from 1 to 9. (In the address 4865, add 4+8+6+5=23, then 2+3 = 5) The number 10 is not a single digit and in effect must be added together, 1+0 = 1. The number from your calculation reveals the energy vibration influencing your home life and what this particular home is helping you learn.
Is your home life peaceful? Or are you fighting against your home’s energy, making your life difficult? Do you feel like you’re in the wrong place and not happy there? Learn your house’s vibration and accept its teachings. Try understanding your house…its energy and intention for anyone living there. Then live in harmony with your home‘s energy…cooperate with it…while at the same time living according to your Purpose.
All numbers are good, helpful and friendly while at the same time having specific energies and expecting appropriate responses according to its vibration. This is true where ever one encounters a number, including a house. Its address represents in number form the energyof its nature and intention while one lives there. Knowing a home’s number and one’s responsibility while living in it, can help us make big advances on the path to our Purpose and Destiny.
As I learned to combine seemingly opposing energies, I gained greater peace, confidence and joy in my life. I learned I can indeed have it ALL…and you can too!
